It matters what you cut with!
To produce high-quality screen protectors, the use of an accurate and precise cutting machine is essential.
There are machines specifically developed for cutting hydrogel screen protectors that store manufacturer-designed templates in an online database. With these machines, you simply insert a standard-sized film, select the desired model, and the screen protector is ready in a matter of seconds. The disadvantage of such machines is that the templates are often inaccurate, difficult or impossible to customize, and it may happen that a specific model is not even included in the database.
Cheaper cutting machines are usually updated with a delay of several months, as these manufacturers do not have their own graphic design teams to create the templates, which can put you at a competitive disadvantage.
With the cutting machines we distribute, templates become available even before new models are released. Our supplier's dedicated department works continuously on creating and fine-tuning new templates, ensuring that we always offer up-to-date solutions.
We also offer solutions for cutting with traditional cutting plotters. However, this requires adequate technical knowledge for creating vectors, as well as for selecting and configuring the machine.
