Product exchange and refund
If you would like to request a product exchange or a refund, fill out the form from the documents section and send it to customer support by email.
You may exchange the product or request a refund of its value within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that it has not been used and is in undamaged and complete condition. Postal costs are borne by the buyer; however, if the problem arose due to an error on the webshop side, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you decide on a product exchange or a refund, the basic conditions are: the product was purchased through this webshop, and it is undamaged, unused, and complete.
We will refund the price of the returned product within 30 days from the confirmation of its return.
Please do not send the product back by cash on delivery, as we are unable to accept it in this way. Return the product by registered mail, with a tracking number, to the address provided in the form.
If the product is damaged during the return due to improper packaging, we will not be able to accept it.
